for Community Service Award
The Watertown
Lions Club is an organization dedicated
to community service. Our motto is “We
Serve”. We are looking to honor
those special people who make our community
tick, the unsung heroes who give up their
time and energy to make other people’s
lives better without expectation of any
reward.
Please attach a letter of nomination stating
the reasons why this individual should
be considered for this award. Please include
in the letter the length of volunteer
service to community and personal attributes
that support nomination.
